In a previous life I was a landscape gardener, used to playing with mud, so moving into clay wasn't too much of a step I thought!

My work started by pressing plants into clay, staining with oxides and then glazing. I still do that, but other techniques have crept in. Mainly my items are slab built although I do throw occasionally. Each item is individual, usually using Stoneware and have often been described as "Quirky".
